The relationship we have with our staff reflects the culture we have tried hard to develop at Integra. We have staff members who have been with us right from our very first days. Our contractors are treated no differently to our permanent staff. Some things we do for our staff and contractors are to:

have a program of regular staff meetings to keep our people informed about company achievements, consulting opportunities, and to provide an occasion for social interaction
provide technical and career development training
send staff to conferences and seminars so that they can keep up to date with new developments and develop their own network of contacts
have an incentive program for staff who achieve set objectives and customer satisfaction targets
We are very strong at building staff loyalty, for we believe this to be the most important criteria in having and retaining the best people working for us.
